Everybody Loves Chris

I have used PSPX to write this tutorial and this will work in all versions
Scrap Kit used is called Everybody Loves Chris and is from Wicked Princess
To get the scrap kit please go HERE

Both are free fonts that you can get on the web.

In the Elements folder open WP_ELC_BUTTONFRAME and Image >> Canvas Size.
In the boxes add a number that is bigger than the frame.
With your Magic Wand Tool, select in the middle of the frame and go to Selections >> Modify >> Expand.
In the Number of pixel box type in 5.

In the Papers folder open up WP_ELC_PP9.
If you want go to Image >> Resize and resize to 55%.
Edit >> Copy, to your frame layer, Edit >> Paste As New Layer.
Layers >> Arrage >> Move Down, Selections >> Invert, hit Delete on the keyboard and Selections >> None.

Click back to the top layer and go to Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow.
Settings used are: Verical & Horizontal: 0, Opacity: 75, Blur: 10, and Color: Black.

Back in the Elements folder open WP_ELC_CHRIS and resize that to 75% and copy and paste that to your tag.
Move that layer down and apply the same drop shadow.
Check my tag for the position.

Open WP_ELC_PUPPY and resize that to 43%.
Copy and paste that to your tag as a new layer, apply the same drop shadow and move the bottom right.
Check my tag for the position.

Open WP_ELC_SUCKER and resize that to 43%.
Copy and paste that to your tag as a new layer, apply the same drop shadow and move that to the right, but below the puppy layer.
Chack my tag for the position.

Open WB_ELC_GRAYFLOWER and resize that to 40%.
Copy and paste that as a new layer to your tag, apply the same drop shadow and position.
Check my tag for the position.

Open WP_ELC_TURTLE and resize that to 45%.
Copy and paste that to your tag as a new layer, Image >> Mirror, apply the same drop shadow, and position.
Check my tag for the position.

Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible, copy and paste that as a new image, resize to your forums tag size, apply the correct copyright, your name and save.
