Commercial Use 4 Commercial Use (CU4CU) Terms
With all of my CU4CU freebies you are only allowed to use 1/3 of them in your scrap kits that is either PTU or FTU. You may not allowed to give them away as is, you need to add them to something before you offer them as freebies. All of the creations are my own, with ideas from others, but the final designs is my own. You may use them as part of your wallpapers, blog layouts, ECT, as long as they are for free and is flattened JPG or PNG. All my CU4CU products are saved in 300dpi, so when printing, you will get beautiful and brilliant printout. Colourisation of all my elements and papers is allowed to suit your needs. If using in kits then my blog name and URL is a must in your TOU's or on a credit page.
With my papers you are not allowed to sell or give away as is, but you are allowed to create poser tube clothing, elements, like charms ect, as packs for free or to sell providing that my blog name and URL is added. No credit is required for poser tube clothing, but it would be nice.
Personal Use (PU)
All of my tag, signature templates, cluster frames and any other freebies that I have stated are for personal use only. You may not remove any credits from some if the quick pages that I have created. Sognature tamplates that I have created can be added to your tutorial supplies, providing a link back to my blog is ok. Since I do my tag templates in packs, you can not add them to your tutorial supplies, but a link back to my blog so they can download it themselves.
Scrap kit Terms
Here is a quick run down on my scrap kit terms. For the full terms please refer to my kit terms.
Your not allowed to sell, use any of my elements in your own kits, mix my elements with any of the other designers.
You are allowed to create quick pages, blog layouts, ect, as long as they are free and that you don't make money from them. Resize and recolour to suit your needs.
Tutorial writers are allowed to use my kits in your tutorial, but please send your readers to my blog so they can download the kit themselves.
